Uber Credit Terms & Conditions

These Uber Credit Terms & Conditions (“Uber Credit Terms”) apply to promotional Uber ride credits offered by Oregon Experience Group LLC, doing business as QuackTrips (“QuackTrips,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), in connection with eligible QuackTrips reservations.

By claiming or using an Uber credit provided through QuackTrips, you agree to these Uber Credit Terms in addition to the terms applicable to your QuackTrips reservation.

1. Eligibility

Uber credits are available only for qualifying QuackTrips reservations and are issued per reservation, not per passenger.

Eligible reservations receive the following maximum credit:

• 2- or 3-seat reservation: up to $15 toward the ride to the selected pickup stop and up to $15 toward the ride from the selected pickup stop, for a maximum benefit of $30 per reservation.
• 4-or-more-seat reservation: up to $25 toward the ride to the selected pickup stop and up to $25 toward the ride from the selected pickup stop, for a maximum benefit of $50 per reservation.

Only paid, valid QuackTrips reservations in good standing are eligible.

2. One Credit Benefit Per Reservation

The Uber credit benefit applies to the reservation as a whole and is not multiplied by the number of passengers.

For example:

• A reservation containing 2 or 3 eligible passengers may receive a maximum of $15 toward the outbound Uber ride and $15 toward the return Uber ride.
• A reservation containing 4 or more eligible passengers may receive a maximum of $25 toward the outbound Uber ride and $25 toward the return Uber ride.

Each passenger does not separately receive the full promotional amount.

Splitting a group into multiple reservations for the purpose of obtaining additional promotional credits may result in cancellation of the credits.

3. Eligible Pickup Location

Uber credits are geographically restricted to the QuackTrips pickup location associated with the reservation.

For the outbound journey, the applicable credit is intended for an Uber ride terminating at or within the designated geographic area surrounding the selected QuackTrips pickup stop.

For the return journey, the applicable credit is intended for an Uber ride originating at or within the designated geographic area surrounding that pickup stop.

The geographic boundary used to determine eligibility is established electronically and may not correspond precisely to a street address, property boundary, or transit facility boundary.

Rides beginning or ending outside the applicable geographic area may not qualify for the promotional credit.

4. Valid Travel Date and Redemption Window

Uber credits are tied to the scheduled departure date of the applicable QuackTrips trip.

Credits will only function during the redemption window established for that trip. QuackTrips may establish the redemption window to begin before the scheduled coach departure and extend after the coach returns.

Because some QuackTrips return trips may operate after midnight, the redemption window may extend into the calendar day immediately following the scheduled departure date.

The specific redemption period communicated with the credit controls.

Credits cannot be saved for a future game, future QuackTrips departure, or unrelated Uber ride.

5. Outbound and Return Credits

The promotional benefit is divided into separate outbound and return allowances.

For an eligible 2- or 3-seat reservation:

• Outbound: up to $15
• Return: up to $15

For an eligible 4-or-more-seat reservation:

• Outbound: up to $25
• Return: up to $25

Unused value from one ride or direction does not transfer to the other direction and cannot be converted into cash, account credit, or another QuackTrips benefit.

6. Fares Exceeding the Credit

The Uber credit applies only up to the maximum amount stated for the applicable ride.

If the eligible Uber fare exceeds the available promotional credit, the guest is responsible for the remaining fare and any other amounts charged by Uber.

For example, if a guest has a $25 promotional credit and the eligible Uber ride costs $32, the guest remains responsible for the remaining $7 and any other applicable charges.

QuackTrips does not guarantee that the promotional credit will cover the entire cost of an Uber ride.

7. Unused Credit

If an eligible ride costs less than the maximum available promotional credit, the unused portion has no cash value.

Unused promotional value:

• will not be refunded;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be applied toward a QuackTrips ticket;
• cannot be transferred to another trip;
• cannot be carried forward; and
• expires at the end of the applicable redemption period.

8. How Credits Are Provided

QuackTrips may provide the Uber credit through an Uber voucher, promotional code, link, account-based credit, or another redemption method supported by Uber.

Guests must follow the redemption instructions provided by QuackTrips.

An Uber account, compatible device, internet access, valid payment method, and acceptance of Uber’s applicable terms may be required.

Failure to properly redeem or activate a promotional credit before taking a ride may result in the credit not being applied.

9. Uber Availability

Uber ride availability is not guaranteed.

Ride availability, vehicle availability, estimated arrival times, pricing, surge or dynamic pricing, driver acceptance, cancellations, vehicle type, service area, and operation of the Uber platform are determined by Uber and/or participating drivers and are outside QuackTrips’ control.

An inability to obtain an Uber ride does not alter the scheduled departure time of the QuackTrips coach.

Guests remain responsible for arriving at their selected pickup location before the published boarding and departure deadlines.

10. Trip or Pickup Changes

If QuackTrips changes a scheduled pickup location, departure date, or other material trip detail, QuackTrips may modify or replace the associated Uber credit or geographic restriction as reasonably necessary.

Guests should use the most recent trip information provided by QuackTrips.

If a guest voluntarily changes their pickup stop, the guest is responsible for ensuring that any replacement credit or updated redemption instructions have been received before using Uber.

11. Reservation Transfers

Uber credits are associated with the qualifying reservation.

If a reservation is transferred, modified, or reassigned, QuackTrips may cancel, reissue, or modify the promotional credit as reasonably necessary to ensure that the credit remains associated with an eligible reservation.

Credits may not independently be sold, transferred, auctioned, or exchanged.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

If the underlying QuackTrips reservation is cancelled, refunded, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise becomes ineligible, any associated unused Uber credit may be cancelled or deactivated.

Use of an Uber credit does not increase the amount of any refund otherwise due for a QuackTrips reservation.

Uber ride costs incurred separately by a guest are not refundable by QuackTrips except where QuackTrips expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

13. Misuse and Fraud

QuackTrips reserves the right to revoke or decline promotional benefits where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate claims, resale, unauthorized distribution, or use inconsistent with these Uber Credit Terms.

Guests may not create, divide, combine, or manipulate reservations primarily for the purpose of obtaining additional promotional Uber credits.

14. No Cash Value

Uber promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed from QuackTrips for cash.

Credits cannot be applied retroactively to rides completed outside the applicable redemption process or redemption period.

15. Third-Party Service

Uber transportation and related technology services are provided by third parties and are not operated by QuackTrips.

QuackTrips does not employ Uber drivers and does not control the operation of Uber’s platform, vehicles, drivers, fares, routing, availability, or service quality.

Use of Uber is separately subject to any terms, conditions, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, and other rules imposed by Uber.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the provision of a promotional Uber credit does not indicate that Uber sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with QuackTrips.

16. Promotional Program Changes

QuackTrips may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue the Uber credit program at any time for future reservations or future promotions.

Any credit already issued remains subject to the eligibility requirements, expiration period, geographic restrictions, and other conditions associated with that credit.

QuackTrips may also make reasonable changes necessary to correct technical errors, address fraud or abuse, comply with applicable law, or accommodate changes made by Uber to its promotional-credit platform.

17. Technical Issues

QuackTrips will make reasonable efforts to issue eligible promotional credits correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems.

Guests experiencing an issue with a QuackTrips-issued promotional credit should contact QuackTrips as soon as reasonably possible and, when possible, before completing the applicable Uber ride.

QuackTrips may require reasonable documentation to investigate a claim.

18. Relationship to Other Terms

These Uber Credit Terms supplement the general terms, booking policies, cancellation policies, and other conditions applicable to a QuackTrips reservation.

If there is a conflict specifically concerning the Uber credit promotion, these Uber Credit Terms control with respect to that promotion.
