Passenger Age & Supervision Policy

This Passenger Age & Supervision Policy applies to all bookings, trips, transportation services, pickup and drop-off activities, and related services provided by Oregon Experience Group LLC d/b/a QuackTrips (“QuackTrips,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Age Requirement

All passengers must be at least 21 years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult who is at least 21 years old.

Minimum Age to Book

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking with QuackTrips. By making a booking, you represent that you are authorized to accept our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Waiver & Release, this Passenger Age & Supervision Policy, and any trip-specific rules on behalf of yourself and all passengers in your party.

Passenger Age Requirement

All passengers must be at least 21 years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult who is at least 21 years old. Passengers under 21 must be included in the same party as, and remain under the supervision of, an accompanying adult who is at least 21 years old.

This policy is intended to support passenger safety, responsible supervision, and compliance with QuackTrips’ outside beverage rules, alcohol-related rules, transportation provider rules, venue rules, and applicable law.

Responsibility for Under-21 Passengers

The booking customer and any accompanying adult are responsible for the conduct, supervision, and compliance of any passenger under 21 in their party.

Passengers under 21 must follow all QuackTrips rules, including all rules related to conduct, safety, outside beverages, alcohol, boarding, re-boarding, pickup stops, and stadium departure timing.

Alcohol Rules for Under-21 Passengers

No passenger under 21 may possess, open, handle, consume, or be provided with alcohol at any time during a QuackTrips trip.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• before boarding;
• while onboard the vehicle;
• at pickup stops;
• during any stop or layover;
• at or near the stadium or event destination;
• before re-boarding after the game or event; and
• during the return trip.

Identification Checks

QuackTrips reserves the right to check valid government-issued photo identification before boarding, during the trip, at any stop, before stadium arrival, or before return transportation.

Passengers who possess outside beverages containing alcohol, appear to be under 21, or are otherwise subject to age verification may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification upon request.

Failure or refusal to provide valid identification upon request may result in denied boarding, denied re-boarding, removal from the trip, or refusal of further transportation without refund, credit, alternative transportation, or other compensation.

Violations of This Passenger Age & Supervision Policy

QuackTrips may deny boarding, deny re-boarding, remove, or refuse further transportation to any passenger or party if we reasonably believe this Passenger Age & Supervision Policy, our outside beverage rules, alcohol-related rules, safety rules, Terms & Conditions, or applicable law have been violated.

This includes situations where a passenger under 21:

• possesses alcohol;
• attempts to consume alcohol;
• is provided alcohol by another passenger;
• appears intoxicated or impaired;
• is not properly supervised by an accompanying adult;
• refuses to follow staff, driver, venue, or law enforcement instructions; or
• otherwise violates QuackTrips rules or applicable law.

Passengers removed or denied transportation due to violation of this Passenger Age & Supervision Policy are not eligible for refund, credit, alternative transportation, rideshare reimbursement, hotel reimbursement, or other compensation.

Agreement During Checkout

During checkout, customers may be required to confirm that each passenger is either 21 years of age or older, or will be accompanied by a responsible adult who is at least 21 years old.

By completing checkout, the booking customer agrees to this Passenger Age & Supervision Policy and confirms that all passengers in their party will comply with it.
